My family has been with this agency for many years. We have always been made to feel like our needs are a top priority. The staff is professional and kind, and the expediency and accuracy with which they carry out our requests have always been exemplary, helping us with everything from life insurance to auto and home insurance, personal liability policies and has given us sound financial advice over the years as well. The very few claims we have had to place over the years were handled quickly and smoothly. One time, someone had broken into our car, breaking one of the windows, and the next morning, Eric had a glass guy come to our home and fix the window for us. It was included in our coverage, but the swift handling of this during a really stressful time has earned this agency our loyalty. We trust this agency and recommend them with confidence and enthusiasm.

I wish I had moved my insurance to E. A. Funk & Associates, Inc. sooner! Eric and staff made the transition from my previous insurance carriers completely painless by walking me through each step of the way, and even handling the cancellations of the old policies for me so that I didn't have to contact my old agent. I'm now saving a lot more money per month than I was previously. Having both my Business and Personal Insurance in one place is very convenient, and the staff is very knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly . I highly recommend this agency.

Great customer service!! Recently I called regarding a broken windshield. The next day someone came to my home and replaced my windshield in less than 15 minutes AND my car and the windshield were immaculate… No dirt Or Litter inside or outside the car! They are a Top Flight organization… That's why I've been with them for 22 years.

After 25 years of being with another insurance company I decided to go to with Nationwide and the E. A. Funk. I was highly recommended by a friend and very happy that I made the move. All coverage's were explained to me in detail and whenever I had a question there was always someone available to help. The girls in the office are delightful, always friendly and willing to answer any questions I may have. I never had to wait long for an answer. I will certainly recommend family and friends to this agency. It's a no brainer, great agent and staff that are always available for their customers.

I've had many years dealing with insurance and different companies. I was glad to find the Eric Funk Agency. They were recommended to me by a long time friend who has been dealing with them and has been happy with their service. I had gotten upset with my last company and called the agency. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to helping me. I'm someone who likes to have things explained and they did so without making me feel like I was bothering them. In addition, I saved money. I've now recommended Eric Funk and his agency to all my relatives and friends and would recommend them to anyone who asked.
I have been a customer for over three years as well as my family for more years than me . We have dealt with nothing but quality customer service . Calling nationwide for any issue we have is easy and there is no voice automated issues and goes right to a human who can easily help you. I have had nothing but great experiences with nationwide and will continue to use this company. Shawn Fitzgerald is who i deal with mostly and cant express how much he helps me. I got a new car recently and he helped me through the whole process. A great experience all around with this compny.
While on a deployment I had to deal with the Funk agency for the first time. The customer service with the ladies that work there and even Eric himself both helped me a huge amount. The Funk agency deals with my house and car insurance as well as my families and extended family for over 6 years. They have been helpful during two accidents, and a flood for me alone. It is rare that you don't have to worry about dealing with operators or long wait times, but I never have dealing with them. Overall I feel they deserved a great review and will continue to recommend them to anyone that is in need of reliable and considerate customer service but also really good insurance rates.
