Eric founded E. A. Funk & Associates in 1992 and has spent more than 34 years placing coverage for Long Island families, small businesses, and contractors. He is the agency's primary specialist in NY construction insurance, with deep working knowledge of Scaffold Law exposure under Labor Law §240 and §241, New York City Department of Buildings compliance, and contractor certificate management for general and trade contractors across the five boroughs and Suffolk County.
